I called Ace after I discovered I couldn't open my sliding glass door to the deck. I was hoping they could fix it because replacement is very expensive. John (I think it was) showed up just two days later, on time, and fixed the problem by oiling the runner and wheels, and cleaning the runner too. He also replaced the screen which had recently fallen off. Since it is a handyman service, I thought I'd test my luck and see if this particular handyman could help me with a small problem. Almost a year ago, my pretty Amish outdoor windmill's fan fell of during a very windy day when it fell over. The fan part (wooden blades) had been sitting in my garage for nearly a year. I knew a carpenter wouldn't come out for such a small job, and a few people who offered fell through. So I asked, and sure enough, with just a few nails, John kindly fixed it. It may sound simple, but he had know which kind of nails and where to put them, plus he moved it and did a few other little things with it. All this was done (including the door problem) in just a little over an hour! So no trying to get me to buy something I didn't need or wasting time when I pay by the hour. Speed of service, service done to perfection, and friendly professionalism for a cost I felt was very fair. Plus you are sent a photo of the person who is coming. What more could you ask for? I am so happy I've finally found a Handyman service that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

We are very happy with Nate’s work. He put in a storm door, helped fix some leak issues, and put up some curtains for our little man’s room. I feel a lot better moving our infant into his room now with this work done. Thanks Nate! We plan on using ACE Handyman/Nate again for future needs.
