Exceeded my expectations! Scott and Troy were hired to do a rather tough job of tear-out and replacement of two warped 12 foot joists in a 2nd floor deck, replacement of some hangers and doing general repair work on the Brazilian hardwood deck top. They were here a few minutes early, were very knowledgeable, worked both efficiently and hard. They also gave me some helpful tips about some other projects involving cabinet repairs. They were so good that I may use ACE to do those repairs instead of doing them myself.

The technician, Steve arrived right on time. In fact, a couple minutes early, which I liked. I was having an old light fixture removed, and having a new one installed. He worked efficiently, and was even able to do the work for a few dollars less than anticipated. Very knowledgeable, and pleasant. I would definitely call them again if I need a repair.

Dan arrived on time and quickly removed the old garbage disposal and installed the new one.

This is my first time using ace handyman services and Derek was very nice and knowledgeable. Quick timely service and got the job done. The representative with Ave that set up the appointment was also super great. they aren’t pushy and aren’t trying to sell you anything you don’t need. It’s nice to have a repair service that isnt trying to scam you or upsell you but they’re just there to help

Mark Tapia provided exceptional service. He was able to fix our problem and provide guidance on how to troubleshoot in the future. His level of professionalism and expertise resulted in us referring our neighbors to Ace Handyman on a separate job.

Called Ace Hardware and was referred to their Handyman number and IPC Plumbing and drain cleaning was recommended...Shoddy workmanship & not something a professional plumber would be satisfied with in their own home let alone their 77 year old mother's home. I recommend Ace Handyman services take them off of their referrals list. In the end your reputation is all you have. Mark.T was willing to come over at no charge and re-tighten the faucet that came loose two days after installation but not to move the faucet and re-install it in the opening it should of been placed in the first place...My mother had said she had no problem if covers were needed to cover holes left open. The proper opening that the old faucet was in could of been used by the new faucet as should of been by simply using the new faucet without the spacer like the old one was...This should of been the "professional " recommendation and if for some reason not. An explanation as why and how to get it done as this is the ONE & ONLY CORRECT way it should of been installed. $300 + spent on labor alone . Seriously wth?
