Doorknob installation
Initially I had an issue with doorknobs installed on a closet door.Warren came out and fixed the issue. This company cares about there customers.Will use them in future projects as needed.

Highly responsive
HM was so immediate and responsive when I called for help. Kat did a great job replacing a toilet and fixing a washer leak within stated estimate. It was still too icy to look at gutter issues on roof but was surprised they didn’t have means to get on roof (extension ladder) since that was my main issue.

We had requested help to repair some sliding doors. Warren did a wonderful job with that repair and even suggested something which made the doors operate even better. But while he was here he also looked at two more repair jobs that I had not mentioned to them and did an excellent job he was timely and efficient and performed excellent work. I would reckon

Door knob work
Although the technician was really nice and the company had a good communication service there are some areas lacking in fees. I had 3 jobs...2 were broken door knob locks and one was a towel ring. The only thing the technician could “semi fix” was the towel ring and the door knobs were not a fix He could do but I got charged $215 for the service! If you can’t do the job or it needs a new part, than be up front about it. A TOTAL waste of money!

Professional, competent and courteous
Kipp was our handyman. He came in, assessed the work in my office that needed to be done, and offered a fair price. He did a terrific job and followed up in a professional manner which I really appreciated. We will definitely be reaching out to Handyman Matters in the future. Thanks so much Kipp!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE
Brandon was wonderful. He called me the night before and told me when he would arrive the next morning. He took a look at the myriad of jobs we needed help with. He gave me an estimate at that time which was lower than I had been originally told (very rare these days!!) He finished within a couple hours and I would highly recommend Brandon and the company to anyone. We will certainly be using them again.

The company you can trust
My husband and I really liked and are keeping them as a good reliable, honest and trust worthy company. Matt showed up on time both days. He worked with no problem, got the things that needed to be purchased to repair our kitchen sink faucet (pipes and hoses) and also did a great job on half bathroom sink etc. We could not be happier ! Thank you Handyman Matters for such great service!
