James F. came to my home to work on light fixtures and outlets. As he went over the work I had requested he explained to me what he would need to do and how he would proceed. He was very friendly and easy to talk with and proceeded to finish my work in a quick and professional manner. *Note: I don’t know if this matters, but I was called yesterday and also responded favorably then.

Gerald was prompt, actually early. He called to see if it was ok to come early (& it was). He fixed the garbage disposal in under 30 minutes. Impressive! He is honest & reliable. We will both recommend & use them again. Thank you! Robert Farnick

This company is top rate in my opinion. Mark Davis affixed visqueen on panels and inserted them into the screened framing of my 94 year old mother's screened in deck. He was friendly, efficient, and informative. The deck has never looked better in preparation for winter. While Mr. Davis was working on the deck, a pipe broke under my mother's sink. No worries, he fixed that too. We were lucky that we did not have to call someone else to fix a very important part of the kitchen; because, to be quite honest, my mother would have probably turned the water on and flooded the kitchen. Lastly, Mr. Davis kept us informed of the cost of the job at all times and was very accurate. It is nice to know that there is a company that has professional employees who can quickly come to your aid when needed. I was very impressed from the initial phone call to the finished product. Our house has a deck that was not built to the norm, and water penetration has appeared. We had a 1st estimate, and decided to move forward. After removing a few boards, the situation was worse than expected, adn Clint proposed us 3 different options (with immediate estimates) before going any further in his work. We opted for one option (temporary fix for winter - cheaper than the initial quote) and will continue to work with him next spring to finalize the repair. I appreciated the explanations and transparence, as well as advice. I woud definitely recommend them and use them for other jobs.

Mark made several trips to our home to measure and remeasure the rough opening for our front door to ensure a proper fit. When install date came he arrived on time and set my mind at ease. Since installing a new front door (frame, sidelights and all) is a two person job Don was there as well. The pair worked together perfectly. The job was done efficiently and the end result is beautiful! Mark cleaned up the work space and left it better than he found it.
