Fast, Professional Service!
James came out today to replace a toilet and vanity in a half bath. He also replaced an outside light fixture. He arrived on time, communicated with me well, and I am very happy with the results! Will definitely use Handyman Matters again soon!

The work wasn't performed as we decided against it because we were given a time quote and the craftsman, upon his arrival gave a different quote which would have resulted in $200 more than we dscussed via phone. He literally said it would take two hours to install a sliding glass door blind!

Our customer service works very hard to ball park an accurate time allotment and an expectation of price on the phone to reserve our skilled craftsmen. We never give a quote sight unseen and this was no different for this appointment. Our craftsmen will give a time estimate with a range of expected time once they have reviewed the projects on site. The greater of the two figures in the range is the “not-to- exceed” cost for the specific scope of work. We bill by the 15 minutes, so if projects take less time to complete than anticipated, we bill only for the time that our craftsmen actually work. This was explained in great detail. Our craftsman showed up on time, ready to work and gave estimates on three different groupings of projects requested. We regret that we could not prove the Handyman Matters difference to this customer.

If your project doesn’t go over their estimate, this is the company for you. If you can tolerate attitude by the owner for pointing out sub par work, then this is the company for you. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Don was kind. And the office gals are helpful. Otherwise, I would go elsewhere.

There were some unfortunate challenges with this project. We addressed them, and I am very proud of how my team handled the situation as the customer herself referenced in her review. The customer earnestly requested that we commence work on a new/second project after we addressed her initial issues, but we politely and respectfully declined to complete the new project. Great Service - Great Finished Project
Gene from Handyman Matters of Westerville did a great job repairing my backyard fence today!
The fence had been damaged by a tree growing into it. Once the tree was removed, we contacted
HM for repairs. They promptly gave us a fair estimate and a week later, the job is done! I have
used Handyman Matters several times in the past, and I've always been happy with them. They are
very professional, polite, efficient, and always charge a fair price. They are first on my list
anytime I need something done.

Another positive experience with Handyman Matters. Don is so helpful and experienced. He has worked on various projects at our house as we get it ready to sell. Always on time and so efficient. I would not have any other company for handyman jobs. They are the best

Fixed my garbage disposal
I was VERY pleased when Don fixed my garbage disposal. It is an old disposal and the pipes are old as well. He was right on time. Don snaked the drain and gave me some great advice about a product I could buy at the store that could help clear them out. I will call Handyman Matters in the future. They are prompt, courtesy and always offer great service.
