Handyman Matters is 100% committed to its CUSTOMERS!
David called me the day before his scheduled appointment. He called me while enroute to my house the day of. One of the things that stood out about David is that he LISTENS to the customer. I asked David for his thoughts, suggestions and opinions during the job. These were readily made available to me so that I could make the final decision. My fence/gate project, converted to a double gate was a challenge with how I wanted it done. David’s experience, skill level and creativity made my front yard entrance a thing of beauty. Absolutely, the best decision I ever made contacting Handyman Matters and —having the pleasure to meet and to watch David perform his magic. Thanks David & Thanks Handyman Matters!

Repairs before moving
Great job done by Jeff Robinson, quick with response for needed repairs. Quote was very fair and work was completed on time. Second time utilizing their services and both times we were very pleased with work.

So-so experience
Santiago had several issues - forgot texturizing (cost me $60), forgot his ladder, and the project cost twice what he quoted me and he had to come back twice to finish the job. I was only 60% happy. The repair looks good once it was done. It was just a lot more problems and hassle than it should have been.

Thank you Blake for your review. We appreciate all feedback. We're sorry to hear that the job did not go as well as it could have. We're showing a less amount for materials(texture, mud, tape) on our end. Feel free to send what you have and we can make any needed corrections/refunds. The job was larger than what was described on the phone. When onsite, it was discovered there was several joint cracks in each unit, not just one. Since the job was larger, that required more labor which does translate to more cost. However, this should have been communicated to you on day 1 and we apologize if it was not. Drywall repairs do normally take 2-3 trips so that is normal. We do our best to keep our customers informed through the whole process, which it seems we failed this time. Again, thank you for the feedback. We hope to have another opportunity in the future.

Absolutely the Best

Attic Floor installed
Had attic floor (plywood) installed for additional storage for boxes. They provided an estimate told me what to buy and picked it up on the way to complete the job. Mike was great to work with--will definitely call again for additional misc work!

Excellent,Professional,Recommend Highly
Arrived exactly on time. Personable and professional. Mike was very focused,hard working and went above and beyond to help us. His expertise was greatly appreciated.I had called a number of places and until I was referred to Handyman Matters our job could not be done. Our Hot Tub was cut up, removed ,disposed of in an impressive amount of time.Mike also removed wiring we could not. He did this in the summer heat, fit the pieces in his truck like a puzzle
and cleaned up the area exceptionally.
