Cody was very patient with me. As I have gotten older I don't understand my sprinkler system (Actually I've never understood it)It is way too completed for a house and a lot. Cody is coming back to wash windows and power wash on Wednesday

Good quality work at a good price
Cody and Joe pressure washed our deck to prepare it for staining (next visit), removed our old gutters and repainted the fascia underneath in preparation for installing new gutters (next visit). They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, did excellent work, provided good advice, and cleaned up afterwards. I look forward to our next visit.

Excellent, personable workers; Great job!
Joe and Cody were wonderful. They were very respectful of our home and went above and beyond to do extra items not specifically in the bid. Clean up was top notch! These two ambitious, hardworking young men were also very personable which builds trust. We will ask for them again for tasks! Charles, as always was attentive to our concerns and so patient with our feedback. We appreciate his company and how he values the customer.

Above and beyond…
Raymond is an excellent representative. Smart, knowledgeable, and seems to be able to do any assigned task with knowledge, enthusiasm and pride. He goes out of his way to accommodate.

Grest work but way off the estimate

Thank you for the five star review and yes your comment about being above the estimate is accurate yet needs further explanation for the people who read our reviews. The estimate was sent without materials costs. It was noted on the estimate and in a follow up text that they would be determined by the craftsman.
In purchasing the lumber two big box stores did not carry what was needed and we needed to go to a specialty store. We charged 50% of that time as it was neither of our faults and splitting the difference we felt was the fair solution. When the job came through it said there was window sill work. When asking for photos, we received 3 photos that looked like it was 2 windows and our office TEAM built the estimate on that. Yes, we should have asked how many windows. Upon walk through with our craftsman it was 13 window sills. 2 to 13 is a difference and did indeed take more time. We thank you for your business and we hope to do more work for you in the future and we will work harder to ask the right questions to get the estimates closer to the final invoice.

Great experience -- professional, personable, proficient
Joe and Cody S. completed the job in less time than anticipated with their excellent hard work ethics, positive attitudes, gracious rapport and attentive care and respect for our home. We have a difficult and unusual metal roof that needed cleaning but they went above and beyond to not only clean the roof and gutters but also remove some stains from the siding and cleaned some ground areas along with their fantastic clean up. Cody also removed an ancient useless satellite dish from our roof. We have noticed Charles trains his employees to look for details that benefit the customers but are beyond the scope of work. This is one example among many how he models excellent service, relates to his clients' needs and exceeds expectations. This is one reason we are repeat customers. Thank you, Ace Handyman workers!!
