Raymond called to let me know he'd be a little late since they had to go get a bigger ladder to install my fan. After a short conversation about the best and safest way to approach the work, they ultimately decided not to use the bigger ladder. I appreciated that attention to detail and safety. Raymond got right to work and even figured out how to install a remote control for me that was compatible and had come from my old fan. I really, really wanted that, and he found some how-to videos online and made it happen for me. He also glued down a trim piece on my landing that was coming up! He worked hard and kept at it till it was perfect. I'm very happy with the job and with my new fan (and my remote). I'll call Ace again next time I need some help.

Joe, the young man who was our handy man today, said he would be over at 1:00 p.m. He came on time, in fact a bit earlier than he said he would. He is a hard working young man, conciencious, polite, knew what he was doing and a pleasure to work with.

Arrived on time, found the problem promptly, and fixed it. Just what I wanted.

Our guest bathroom toilet developed a slow leakage around the base which increased overtime requiring a new seal. The two service men were extremely knowledgeable about the cause and the fix requiring two seals and leveling the toilet to prevent the water build up again. The work was expedient, well-performed and they cleaned up perfectly. They were very respectful of our home, privacy and health issues. Charles, who has the company based in Arlington, is an excellent listener regarding our concerns, patient, very personable and has a broad background and experience in construction, repair and materials. He also blessed us by offering to dispose of an old water heater he noticed sitting by the garage! His genuine care demonstrated by his service speaks volumes about his character!! We have a number of projects for our home and property and are very grateful to find a company we can trust with the workmanship, expertise, integrity and fair pricing. Charles and his guys are trustworthy, detail oriented and dependable to get the job done. I was impressed with Gerard’s attention to detail and his desire to please the customer, I liked that, a rare find these days. I would highly recommend Ace Handyman Services to do a good job.
