Good Service
This is the 2nd time we have used Jordain Ward at our Condominium complex. He was prompt and timely. Very satisfied and will ask for him again. Thank You Ace Handyman Services.

Tim Lefler
Tim Lefler is an excellent handyman. He fixed the mistakes of another handyman and checked the whole roof for missing screws. I inspected the roof after he left and was happy with the work.

Very professional office staff and great communication.
So Brandon was awsome!!!! Great communication, ahead of schedule, and extremely brave! Got the job done beautifully on a steep pitch roof on a windy day.

Great Service and fair Pricing
I hired Ace Handyman Services to replace some roof materials on my gazebos. They did a fine job and were done in a very reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend Ace Handyman Services for pretty much any job that needs to be taken care of in your home. Thanks Ace!

Job is done but…..
Referred to Ace Handiman by Karl’s Appliance. Replacing a wall oven/microwave oven Combo with a GE Cafe wall oven and Drawer microwave. It took two trips - NOT THEIR FAULT as when they removed the old unit we discovered we needed an additional outlet. However, both times they were two hours late - scheduled to be here at 8 am - first time I cut them some slack as I knew they had to pick up the new units - the guy texted me about 8:30 he was on his way, 1 1/2 hours later he got here (we live no further than 20 minutes from the appliance store) and said he had car trouble and forgot his cart. Second time again scheduled for 8 am and didn’t get here til 10 - one of his fellow employees had car issues and they had to go to Walmart to buy a battery. Both visits they sent one guy and he had to call for help to lift the ovens - the second guys were here no longer than 20 minutes - charged me for 1 hour each (ok travel time - right). Got it done but I’m a little disappointed in the workmanship. He did not bring the right tools to do the job and had to leave to cut a filler piece. I would have thought after they had taken the old ovens out and assessed the situation - the second trip he would have come better prepared. I am so sorry to write this negative review. Tim was a nice guy, very respectful and tried hard but I think this was a little out of his league. The big kicker was after he left there were two huge oil spots on my driveway - I kid you not - one of them the size of a dinner plate. The next day Destiny called to get payment - she had emailed me but I had not looked at email yet - to say I was shocked about the charges is an understatement. After some discussion she did take some time off for the two guys who came to help. At the end of the call I asked if they were associated with Ace Hardware or Knecht’s and she said they were owned by them. I cannot believe a company with the stature they have in this town and the resources they have available would send people out without properly equipped vehicles and tools.

Great Work on Awning Install
The guys did a great job installing our awning over a deck. Even with the obstacle of metal siding making it hard to find the studs, they were successful in getting it right and making it safe. Thanks Ace Handy Man service!

Timely, thoughtful, and helpful
I contacted ACE as I had numerous projects I wanted to get done and have struggled finding help in the past. They had someone out 2 days after I called to give me a quote and had the work scheduled a couple weeks later. We ran into a couple snafus that were unavoidable and not the fault of the Handyman but he was apologetic anyway. He went out of his way to give me guidance and education on different aspects of my projects and what materials will be the best. I will absolutely use them in the future.
