Excellent service, professional
My technician Neil was absolutely great. He was friendly, efficient, professional. Helped clean up and walk all the trash to the dumpster. All work done on time. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed. Thank you for the great experience!

Neil is the best! He spent the whole day today helping me prepare my home for sale. His expertise was invaluable when selecting material, ensuring it was good quality and reasonable cost. His sense of humor, along with his strong work ethic made the day fly by, completing almost all the items on my repair list/estimate. He is very upfront when making recommendations, steering toward the more cost effective options. I am so glad my son referred the company to me.

Incomplete Fix
There are 4 outlets fail off. He fixed one of them. He believes the root cause of other outlet failure is the fuse. So he said he can't fix them.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. The outlets were failing because of bad breakers which should be checked by a licensed electrician, who we do not have on staff. Our craftsman repaired what he could, but the breaker box was labeled in Korean so he could not identify which breaker to turn off to check the outlets and the person on-site could not translate the words for him.

Everything was a 100 percent until he cut the door wrong. Then he got mad when I wouldn't accept it.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. The door was not cut incorrectly, as our craftsman mentioned to you prior to cutting the door, certain types of doors can only be cut down within very small margins to allow enough material for the door to be sturdy. The door you provided was larger than the opening and couldn't be cut down enough to properly fit the opening without taking off too much of the door material. Our craftsman suggested a trip to the hardware store to buy a door closer to the size needed that could be cut down and installed correctly, this advice was rejected.
