Decided to use Ace Handyman after reading reviews of company and talking with office personnel. I was not aware “Ace Handyman Services” is actually associated with Ace Hardware so immediately I felt at ease when talking with the local office. We only needed some minor work done on our 12 ft living room ceiling. I could not be more pleased with the service provided and the promptness of the service. I called around 3:00 pm on a Wednesday and my serviceman, Will, arrived at 12:45 on Thursday. Amazing!! Will introduced himself and who he worked for and offered to remove his boots before he came in. He examined the issue, explained what he needed to, went to his truck to get his extended ladder, came right back and got to work. Since you pay by the hour and not the job, when Will finished he asked what else he could do and then without hesitation he took care of two other small items. Will is extremely professional, prompt, thorough and thoughtful. I will not hesitate to call Ace Handyman with all future needs.
