The service attendant was on-time and very polite in his explanations of the situation. He was very thorough in his examination of the areas in need of repair and was clear in describing the restoration process. He answered my questions and explained how the process would work.

Leroy arrived right on time and had a very friendly demeanor. He fixed my cabinet door and bought, stained and left 2 extra shelves that I can put in once they are dry (2 hours). I'm thrilled with his work and will ask for him again! Thank you.

I used ACE Handyman to fix a driveway gate that had been damaged when someone hit it with a car. Leroy was fantastic. He was on time, fixed the gate efficiently (he's obviously very skilled) and got the gate working better than before. Both sides now swing well and it looks 100 times better. Would absolutely use them again. I'll be asking for Leroy.

Leroy started off his visit with a handshake and introduced himself. Good feeling as almost don’t get that any more. Leroy was knowledgeable and got our door repaired well The office I guess could have estimated the time better as we did need to add an additional half hour

We contacted Ace services for a couple of things that needed to be done in my house, including reapplying ceiling popcorn to an area in my bathroom that needed it. Mr. Leroy came by to take care of our repairs. He was awesome....on time, professional, super-skilled, courteous and just what I was looking for. In fact I will be requesting Mr Leroy's services in the future. The only reason I couldn't give this visit a five-star rating is because, although he put down tarp and covered everything in my bathroom very well, after the job was done and he left, I went in the bathroom and realized some of the popcorn that was damp from the installation had dropped on the sink countertop and in the basin and a little bit on the floor. Trust me, I know this is nitpicking and it only took me 5 minutes or less to wipe it up myself. If I could have given it 4.75 stars I would have, but I can't give a five-star rating to an otherwise great and satisfactory job that I had to perform some cleanup on. Not trying to be harsh, just trying to be honest and helpful to both the company and it's customers.
