Daniel and John installed a tankless water heater at my residence. They were both extremely pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about all the products and services. Daniel answered all my questions very patiently and explained everything in such a way that I could understand. He explained all of my options as to whether I wanted to attempt the repair of my existing 11 year old gas water heater, replace it with another one of a similar style, or go with the tankless. ALl of the prices were provided with each warranty option. There was absolutely no pressure for one over the other. There are six in our household; we are all extremely pleased with our choice and have already referred Ben Franklin Plumbing to friends and family. My family will continue to do business with them.

Great job by Jan Monty and Aaron. They provide superior service. They came to my aide when I needed some where to store my water filter I purchased from them while I was relocating. They went above and beyond the service usually provided by plumbing companies. I'd rather deal with an owner ran business any day. They accommodate when the big guys won't. Great people thnx Monty and every one else.

Daniel was great. He arrived on time and went to work immediately to figure out the source of the issue. He gave us the total and had the repair completed quickly. He made a very stressful situation easier to deal with.

The two plumbers who serviced my home were very professional, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. I wasn't expecting them to evaluate plumbing throughout the house, but they did, and it was helpful to be aware of future potential issues. Both gentlemen were extremely polite. The only minor critique I have is that a little too much time was spent going over the company, its services, and its special members-only program. It was a little too much advertising. I already knew about the BBB A+ rating and I'm a single mom on a limited budget, so my primary interest was getting this specific work done at a fair rate, not investing in a monthly program.
