My water heater went out and was gushing water. Talked me through how to turn off the water. Came to my house within a half hour, and gave me all options for replacement. Explained the options completely, and had all the options on a sheet so that you could easily determine the differences in the plans. Went over the house and made sure they knew what was at the house and what they would be working with. It was sweltering day, but they stayed until 9pm to complete the job so that I was able to have hot water the same day. The workmanship was of the highest quality. The plumbers were professional, friendly, and did not interfere with my day. I trusted them to leave the house during the day. I have used them several times and have experienced the same sense of professionalism and knowledge about their craft. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the first time I've ever called a plumber. I always just try and figure it on my own. We had new granite counters put in with a new under mount sink. None of the pipes lined up and after spending an hour trying to make something fit where it couldn't I looked up plumbers and gave Benjamin Franklin a call. They scheduled an appointment first thing the next morning. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. He gave me a quote and I was a bit surprised at how much it would be, remember I've never called a plumber before. While I wasn't thrilled with the price I was absolutely thrilled with the quality and professionalism. If I ever need a plumber again I would totally call these folks! They were on time, worked fast and did the job right!

Jan insured I was kept informed about expected time for service to be provided & Tyler was extremely through in investigating the exact source of our water leak. Daniel S. was excellent! This was actually the second time that he came to my house -- the first to fix a dishwasher, and now for the sewer gas coming in from the toilet (very scary for a new homeowner!) Daniel is super nice and knowledgeable. He makes you feel at ease -- like he knows exactly what's going on, and can fix it.
