Daniel was a true professional. We had a transformer that went out around 10:30 pm one evening. I called Ben Franklin at 6:30 am the next day. They worked me into the schedule. He was was able to diagnose the problem, he ordered the part and had the water heater up and working in about an hour and a half. Daniel had serviced the unit before. He showed me what was wrong and explained the potential solutions. Daniel has always provided great service and advice.

I chose Ben Franklin from the yellow pages. I was pleased with the service I received from the moment I called to request service. Tammy was very knowledgeable and guided me through how their service would work. I especially liked receiving an email with picture of the service technician, Brian. I was able to receive service earlier than promised! They had a cancellation. Brian arrived timely, was very professional and friendly.
