Max fixed several things for us and I can tell you, he knows plumbing. If you want someone you can trust to do the job right and have the correct answers, Max is your man.

Dan was very efficient, timely and professional. One thing I was glad about is that he didn't react when my issues were so simple that many homeowners could have resolved them. He didn't blink an eye. Just fixed it and moved on, ready to fix the next thing - and also told me how to keep an eye on that issue and fix it myself in the future. Good stuff.

Max was prompt and very thorough in his inspection! He repaired several leaks and only recommended parts/service we truly needed to resolve the issues we were having. He listened to our concerns and addressed the problems we had (those we knew about, and those we didn't). We hope he comes back the next time!

I've been searching for a new plumbing company and haven't had much luck until Benjamin Franklin. Kelsey was awesome on the phone and got me right in. Daniel was top notch w/ his knowledge and service. I will be a long standing customer now that I've found a great, professional company!
