I rarely write reviews, but Daniel S from Ben Franklin has been such a huge help to me. He was at my house for 5 hours this past Sunday; I had to put in an emergency call to Ben Franklin because I had water pouring out of my ceiling due to a poorly installed tub drain. After he fixed that, he also fixed 2 other issues that were on my to-do list - all on a Sunday. I'm a new homeowner and I was an upset wreck over the water leak, and Daniel was patient and kind with me. He took his time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing. This is the second time that Daniel has been at my house (he came out about 6 months before to do a complete house plumbing eval shortly after I purchased the property) and I have been very impressed by him. Would very highly recommend both him and Ben Franklin.

I have used Ben Franklin Plumbing twice now and can say that this is one VERY professional company. They have all been extremely professional, courteous, and on time. As well, each plumber has exceeded my expectations. Today I had the pleasure of getting Daniel S to perform the work I needed. Daniel was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable. He arrived perfectly on time and knocked out the work in no time. I had broken a flange around one of my toilets and he was able to get it fixed perfectly without having to cut any piping or major reconstruction. Again, I could not be any more pleased with his service and that of Ben Franklin Plumbing. They may be a little more expensive but are second to none. I will definitely use them again for any future repairs or work.

Daniel arrived on time, was very respectful and professional. I needed the tub/shower cartridge replaced. I had two handymen prior to Daniel who were unable to remove and replace the cartridge. Daniel quoted the two possible options, and then with determination he accomplished the job at the lower of the two quotes. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and especially Daniel.

Benjamin Franklin was awesome! After a few not so great plumbers I had had it and called BFP. The whole process from contact to completion was seamless. Everything was explained and the price was reasonable for the faucet they installed.
