Our business called Fox & Sons Plumbing & Heating Ltd. To respond to an insurance claim where a furnace and water heater needed to be replaced. They managed to get the parts ordered, installed and completed within 48 hours. Our client was extremely pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone.

When our house flooded and he entire basement needed to be redone, Fox & Sons made time right away to get us a new furnace and water heater so that we could get back into our house promptly. Top of the line equipment was installed, and we couldn't be happier. York furnace and Navien water heater was installed and are working great. Thanks Fox & Sons oh and the furnace has a full 10 year warranty to boot.

We needed a new furnace and shopped around for best price, best product and service. We chose Fox & Sons Plumbing and Heating because of their prompt, accurate response and their professionalism. The only surprise was they exceeded expectations. A few months later we had them install a hot water exchange system. They don't exceed their original quote, they do the job when they say they will and clean up afterwards. All this with a friendly, courteous and professional manner. We have recommended their services to our friends and they have not been disappointed.

A great experience! Needed a hot water heater replaced and we had a quote within days from Mike, and it was put in place a couple weeks after that (it would have been the following week but we pushed it back as we were on holidays). Mike was professional and on time (the latter a quality I find a bit lacking in Vernon at times). He was helpful, friendly and explained the different options available. The instalment crew was also on time and considerate. They were very friendly and approachable throughout the process and seemed to be quite efficient, working within their noted timeframe, despite running into a trickier venting placement than originally anticipated. Overall, I would highly recommend them and it was a pleasure working with them. The only discrepancy I did find was that the original flow rate quoted was 6.1GPM where in fact my unit is 4.3GPM, but that wouldn't have changed my decision. I do like that it's a family run business and that Ted Fox was the one to answer the phone; just seems reassuring.

From initial phone conversation, through prompt and on time quote, to finished job and billing, Fox and sons were a pleasure to deal with. The work was finished as promised by the man who quoted.
