Called in morning and was given a estimate same day. Very polite and knowledgeable of heating systems they provide. The installers were very professional and left a clean work area after it was done. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new furnace. Looking forward to their insulation of the new air conditioning unit in spring.

We purchased a replacement furnace and an air cleaner for our home. Fox and Sons were very knowlegeable and came up with a great solution to our concerns about vent placement, return air flow, and air cleaning - not always easy in an older home such as ours. Their installation team was very professional and did a superior job.

The two guys that came to install the hose bib at my place did a great job - and give an EXCELLENT first impression of Fox! Professional, courteous and offering to look at the rest of the plumbing in the house, and being completely honest about advising what's next. I do have another project soon - just haven't decided when I'll do it, but I talked with them and what it would cost roughly. And kudos for taking on the apprentice student...it's refreshing to see young people wanting to stay and pursue trades in Okanagan.
