The products (windows) in the few years that we have had them are doing great. The customer service we experienced after installation was the worst I have every experienced in my 70+ years.

It took quite a while for the project to start, but once it started, everything went well. The craftsman who did the job was excellent-his attention to detail was outstanding. Eric visited us on a number of occasions to check the progress of the work. If the work was done to the satisfaction of my wife, you can be assured that it was excellent work. She is QUITE happy. We were also pleased with the work of the concrete/cement contractor (recommended by Eastern Improvements) who did the preliminary work on the foundation of the sun-room.

The sunr oom floor does not match the $22k we paid for construction. We are currently taking down the R13 insulation and replacing it. We are also removing the furring strips and replacing with plywood. We cannot take another winter with a cold floor.

The contractors that came to build my 4 Seasons Sun Room did an outstanding job of constructing the room, communicating with me on when they would be here and what phase of the construction they were working on. They asked for my input on the placement of the windows and the door. The room allows a lot more light into my house as the ceiling is all glass. I expect the room will be helping to keep my house warmer in the winter too as the two sets of sliding glass doors leading to the sun room were covered in snow in the past, letting cold air into my house. The room is my quiet space where I can read, watch my garden grow, and watch the clouds go by. I am enjoying it tremendously.

We love our sun room especially in the summer. It keeps the house very cool and bright; the workers were very professional; they were always on time and didn't waste time. They finished in four days like they said, which make us appreciated the team very much that was sent to built it, and also the office staff was helpful and explained to us every step in detail.Great Team, love it, love it, love it. Yes I would recommend to a friend.

What a beautiful addition to our home! We love being "outdoors" in our room without the insects and dirt. Morning coffee sitting in the sun is a double treat these days. Our room meshes perfectly with our home. And the additional space, though relatively small (180 sq. ft.) makes our home seem almost double its original size. Though the weather caused a delay in construction, the installers worked hard and with professionalism. They were receptive to our requests and suggestions. The work site was cleaned up at the end of each day. We would highly recommend a Four Seasons Sunroom installed by Peoria Siding Company, a member of the Prairie Home Alliance!

I had the sunroom installed nearly 8 years ago. The cost of the room was comparable to traditional construction. Within the first year, we began to experience leaks with the room. Upon service, some of the leaks were repaired but we continued to experience a leak in the corner that continues still. Upon contacting the company, I am now awaiting the service representative to contact me about coming out to "take a look at it" again. The problem is that the leak occurs most often in the winter months when service is impossible. Four seasons uses independent contractors to build their rooms and the only recourse is to return to the contractor that you used. I spoke with a corporate representative that offered no assistance or alternatives and continued to apologize numerous times. I articulated to her that this room decision was one of if not the worst decisions we ever made. I would never use the company again or recommend it to others due to my experiences.

We love our Sun room. The workmen were very polite and courteous. The only complaint I have is that it took 3 months after we signed the contract to get it.

High quality product and fantastic customer service. The workers were very professional. My only regret was something that I did not ask about because I assumed all doors would have screen doors. The sliding doors donhave screen doors but the regular doors do not have a screen doors. We love our room and have enjoyed it tremendously the past months!

We are very pleased with our new sunroom. The construction crew was awesome-great craftsmanship and work ethic. They were working during a very hot spell and only took one break a day for lunch. At the end of the day they cleaned up everything. The salesman was not pushy and worked within our budget. If only buying a car could be so easy! We would recommend them to anyone.
