We live on the Oregon coast, which means wind. So decided we wanted to make our patio into an area we could use anytime. Paul was great in helping us design it, and explained the quality of the materials. This is not just a room with glass around it. It has become another area in the house that we can use for so many things. We were concerned that it would be to hot in the late afternoon as it faces west and gets full sun. Not the case, it is comfortable and a great space. Paul helped with the interior decor as well, it ties in with the existing patio. Looking forward to dinner parties, and a place to set and enjoy the yard without being wind blown. Paul was on time with all the work and kept us posted about material arrival time. It went really smooth. He has checked back a couple times to be sure everything is ok. A real pleasure to work with.

We have just ordered the sunroom. It has not been installed yet. The installer has prepared the cement floor. However, so far we not very happy with his workmanship and the quality of material he was using. He used concrete mix for the cement floor instead of cement mix. We can only hope that the floor will not separate from the base cement floor after a period of time.

We love our Four Seasons sun room. Its been up one year, and no leaks. We added a heat/AC wall unit that made the room usable year round. Our room gets rave reactions from friends and neighbors. Company was transparent and honest. Thanks for a great experience, and a great room that will serve us well for years to come.

We live in a senior retirement community here in Texas. Four Seasons was the first and only company we interviewed. After the presentation by John, we were convinced, even though quite pricy, that this was the best product on the market. We will enjoy this sunroom for many years to come. We have already shown our room to two prospective customers. That's how proud we are of our investment. The project helped increase our homes value. Company resolved the few problems we incurred with the salesman to our satisfaction in a timely manner. Excellent quality room (18 x 22). Very professional builders & office staff. Thank You Chris & James!!!! You are the Best!!!!

The room is beautiful and appears to be top-notch construction, We had initial issues with side wall leaking which the installer came out and repaired right away. However ... The only reason this isn't a 5-star rating is that the installer has been called multiple times since to provide a fix for the yellow glue crud from some of the seams and recent floor leaks after a heavy rain (near the side wall where we had an issue, but it appears to be coming from the front wall now). Our room is less than two years old! We called the installer after the first time with no response, and then again when it leaked a second time (earlier this week). Now their number is disconnected (they are out of business) and we had to call another Four Seasons room installer who won't guarantee the installation. They are coming out next week to give us an estimate on the repair necessary to stop the leaks. So while the room itself is lifetime warrantied, don't count on the workmanship guarantee, because it is only good as long as the installer is in business!

Our overall experience from our initial meeting with the local 4 Seasons Sunrooms representative from Denville, NJ through to the completion of our sunroom was a great experience. There are a few things that would have made it even greater. For our flooring, we chose a pre-engineered hardwood. We asked if the team was experienced in flooring installations and were told that yes they were. Unfortunately the floor was installed with the wrong size stapler/nail gun and therefore "dimples" appear at every point the stapler/nail gun entered the flooring. Our sunroom was built into our existing home. In one location where the joint was created between the existing house and the new room, it caused water damage as the water backed up against the house and then entered a downstairs bathroom. Perhaps examining the connection points could have alleviated this problem. We enter our sunroom through the existing sliding glass door that used to bring us out onto our deck. The threshold was not changed so it creates an awkward step into and out of the room. We had a small deck added to the outside of the sunroom so we would have room for a grill. The step out of and into the room from the deck is a full step up. Did it really have to be between 6" - 7'?. Some of the finishing details didn't seem as important as the actual build. For example, caulking some areas where the wall meets the room's frame did not happen until I specifically requested it. Adding molding along the bottom of the windows where the flooring meets them was also something I had to inquire about. Our experience working with 4 Seasons Sunrooms was great and the finished room, absolutely beautiful!

Im from Orlando Fl. we set for appointment and nobody show up. the guy name david when he called us to confirmed the appointment seems nice but never show up and we called him but never answered.. it was terrible
