We had our screened in porch converted to a all season sunroom by Four Seasons Sunrooms two years ago. Since then we use it daily and truly enjoy the added space it has given us. My wife uses it for entertaining, sewing, making crafts, or just relaxing watching a TV show. Friends and relatives compliment us on the room. The installation was sub contracted to an individual that took great care to provide a high quality installation. It took a little longer since he worked by himself, though in my opinion, there were times where I believed he could have used another person. Nonetheless, he did a great job. We had one incident where on one of the coldest night ever, we had ice form on the inside of one window. The temp that night was well below zero. The individual I had worked with had left the company, so they sent out someone within a week or two to inspect the installation. He could not find any cause for the ice he said and pretty much said it was not a problem. The ice has not re-occurred. All in all, we are well pleased with the Four Seasons Sunroom and if we had to do it again, we would not hesitate using this company again. Kenneth A Licking, MO 65542

When we had the East porch enclosed - it was smooth as silk and very professional. When we had the North Sunroom built it was like we were acting as our own contractor. Nothing was coordinated. We went days without heat. The gas meter plumber Four Seasons recommended was befuddled. The slab poured by Four Seasons cracked within 6 or 7 months. We are not happy - this has been very frustrating.

Four seasons replaced a 25 year old sun room in our home. The new windows are so much more efficient,both summer and winter. The father and son team that did the installation we true craftsmen. This was a big investment but we are very happy with the finished product.

A very nice room. It is good looking and well insulated. We had no problems with the installers. Everything went as scheduled.

I am so very pleased with my sun room. I use it every day. The service and follow up was excellent.

We have our room for 20 months which includes 2 winters. (a) We had condensation problems which were initially addressed by 4 Seasons' service. Not successful. However, only recently were we sent a brochure which suggested how to deal with humidity problems- the recommendations worked. It would have been better ( easy thing to do) to have sent /offerred these suggestions immediately. The local service crew tried their best but did not have (did not know) the instuctions. (b)The heating /cooling unit chosen for the romm works but has too great a temperature excursion before it starts (heating) or shuts off. A more sensitive thermostat would be helpful. Other than these technical issues the room is most welcome and used..

They gave me an accurate estimate. Completed the work on time and left everything clean and in order.

We absolutely love our Four Seasons sunroom. Our dealer, located in Ottawa, Canada, was knowledgeable and worked well with our designer and contractor marrying our sunroom into our new construction. There were some minor problems with some loose trim that they came back and fixed right away. The finishing coats of varnish on the interior wood were not perfect, but this was easy for our contracted painter to touch up. All in all, it was a great experience and our sunroom is a beautiful and functionally sound piece of art. We love nothing more than to relax in our sunroom during a thunderstorm or blizzard feeling perfectly comfortable. Thank you.

The problems I am listing below: 1. The locks to open/close the windows do not operate as smoothly as they should. This means some of the locks on the windows do not move up and down easily. 2. The rubber seals on the outside (bottom) of some of the windows were getting loose and I had to remove those coming off completely. 3. The handle on one of the windows is broken and I have not been able to open and close that window (it stays closed). 4. The wood pieces on the top move out of place (probably caused by minor earthquakes). After one window was replaced, we have not had any problems with the other windows. We have not had any leaks.

We had our sunroom built about 5 years ago and it was the best investment we have ever made and we love it. From the initial interview to the installation, all our questions were answered and the results and experience were amazing. We would recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms to everyone!!
