We had a 15 x 15 sunroom added to the south side of our house, just off of the kitchen/dining room area. We love this room and spend a lot of time in it. The glass ceiling and walls right to the floor are what makes our sunroom a great place to hang out. The only regret we have is that we didn't install a natural gas fireplace in it. The floor heat with the Mitsubishi heating unit are a costly feature during the winter. The installer of the sunroom was excellent; I'd give him five starts for sure!

It's been almost 2 years since our all glass sunroom was installed. No leaks, no stuck windows. All perfect. Had overhangs on 3 sides to protect from rain entering when windows open. Works great. Patriot Sunrooms in St. Louis did install. Recommend both.

The task: replacement of old sunroom with fogged windows with new sunroom PLUS expanding the entrance way to the sunroom from dining room AND leveling the sunroom so it was all part of the dining room. This was a very complex job, but they managed to do an excellent job in every respect. It is a completely different and more beautiful place. Every aspect of the work was excellent--new floors, plumbing, supports. It was great that they managed to figure out how to make this expansion and even better that it worked out so well.

We love our sunroom, Vinny our foreman was great, I do believe the price was high and I did not like the fact that we were not tell anyone what we paid for the room, therefore we could not compare prices. The quality of the work was the best.

It's a beautiful product and I appreciated the efforts of the workmen involved but I have been disappointed in the poor seals between panels which let in all outside air, whether hot and humid or frigid. I am looking into having every seam in the the room caulked since I received no response from the installer after sending a letter of complaint over 3 years ago. I only get about 3 months use out of the room. When I can use the room I love it. I recommend the room but I'm not sure it was properly installed.

We started with a Four Seasons Screened Enclosure with additional footers under the external edges of the concrete pad. This was for future windows when we were ready to convert to a sunroom. The conversion was seamless with energy efficient windows allowing us to now use the room for months out of the year. We really enjoy the added living space for entertaining guests.

This review is based on a job that I was asked to oversee by the home's owner. The original sun-room was very poorly built, the main foundation was underspecification and had serious problems. The poor construction caused the sun-room to twist and made the windows impossible to close. I made contact with Four Seasons Sun-Rooms to find a solution. They were extremely helpful in removing and replacing all windows making the sun-room a part of the home the owner originally wanted. Thanks Four Seasons, if I need another sun-room repaired or built I will definitely call.

The gentlemen who met with us at our home, and, eventually, sold us the sunroom, was a wonderful representative for the company. The two gentlemen who built and completed our sunroom were conscientious, professional, personable, and, competent. They answered our questions as we progressed and made us feel good about our choice. After construction, when a problem occurred, we contacted the owner, who took care of it within a reasonable time. We feel that we received a good product for the right price.

Would be nice to be able to go back to the person that U bought the Sunroom from instead of just being sent a guarantee. Always nicer to be able to talk to the person that installed. Other than that I am very happy with the experience and would recommend it to others. Carol A.

This is the room where I spend most of my time, it's the best room in the house. Everyone that comes over always has something nice to say about our new addition. The comfort and the added space is second to none. If I had to do it all over, I wouldn't change a thing...
