Tom was the gentlemen sent for our service call. He was early for the appointment, professionally dressed, knew his job very well and represented Mr. Electric very well. He wore shoe covers when he came into our home, which was a big plus with my wife! Great job.

My generator was installed by David, James and Andy today. They did a fabulous job and should get 5+ stars.. I'm so impressed by the quality of professional personals ur company have. They did a great job . My husband and I appreciated how they listened to our questions and wishes.. They care and respect the customer! This is rare now days. Tom Hilaire was very professional. He was willing to answer all of my questions. His attention to detail was unbelievable. One of my biggest pet peeves is someone not doing the job right. The service tech Tom Hilaire was on time and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing servicing our Generac. I asked him if he could put us on a yearly service plan. He was able to answer all my questions and even recommended some upgrades for winter starting. From the first phone call to Tom showing up to get the work done...Mr Electric will be the only company we call to work on our Generac generator!

Shawn was very nice and understanding during our electrical ordeal. He helped remedy the problem so we could get on with our daily tasks. We had David come out one day to give free estimate and felt very comfortable with him and all his knowledge and super honest and friendly. He installed a line underground to connect electricity to our shop 100 ft from our house. Great job. Also moved thermostat for us and put in new outlets.
