Great showroom, excellent sales staff and good quality materials. Would definitely use again for additional tile work.

Dwight was our main salesperson. He is awesome! Very professional and kept us informed of delays. He is patient and friendly. We will definitely ask for him in the future! Van (the GM) was on the sales floor the day we were picking tile, Coretec flooring and quartz counters. He helped us pick items that coordinate with each other. My husband and I call him our "Decorator". Dwight referred us to Hector at Floorcrafters for the install of the tile in our 3 bathrooms and the install of the Coretec flooring. Demo starts tomorrow so we will see how it goes. Hector was very thorough in giving us an estimate - he spent 3 hours at our house! I'm confident his company will do an excellent job on the install. Gina did a great job of quoting our quartz counters. She is very sweet. Unfortunately, we may have to cancel them if I don't get a call from ADP regarding the template soon. It's been 2 weeks tomorrow and I've heard nothing from them. I left a message for Jessica at ADP (the install company) and have gotten no reply. Needless to say, I'm extremely unhappy with this part of my home remodel project. I pulled off 1 star off my review for the quartz counter issue. Had it not been for that, my experience would have been 5 stars all the way.

We have been fortunate to have purchased flooring from Joe Guinta and Herb. Both men have been extremely helpful in guiding us to the right product for us. They also helped to figure out how much product we would need with the measurements we brought in. we were able to have one order delivered onetime, I might add, and the other order we were able to pick and take with us. we have always been treated with kindness and made to feel that we are a valued customer. That is important us.

Had a glitch with an order. Rob Smith took charge and made sure the issue was fixed immediately and without a hassle.. Best customer service. Highly recommend. KC

Great Service, Excellent Product Choice

Chip and Gina were very patient in helping us choose the right cabinets, flooring, and granite for our new home. A little disappointed with the granite people at ADP and the tiles that were originally shipped to us, because we were delayed by a few weeks. My response to that is “ YOU HAD ONE JOB!” I don’t normally give recommendations, but Chip and Gina were excellent to deal with! Thanks, Prosource! Give them both a raise!

The staff is very professional and aim to satisfy the customer. They have a gray selection of flooring, cabinets, hardware and related products. They strive to be competitive and are easy with which to work.

As before, old Dave helped us with the purchase. As before, we got fast courteous service. As before, ProSource will be our go-to supplier when we need something else for our house. Kudos to Dave, kudos to Pro-Source. We couldn't be happier.

What a great resource and amazing staff that were patient and helpful with us and helping find exactly what we needed to remodel our bathroom. Would highly recommend them
