Chuck is a superb professional. He always explains the process he is going to use and repairs or installs all requested items. Sometimes he notices items that might need attention in the near future. I always feel confident that I am informed on all possible future repairs or replacements. I have had a professional relationship with Handyman, Brian, Chuck and Rosemarie for more than 9 years. I recommend them highly: always on time and thorough.

Scott was at our home, 10363 Buglenote Way, Columbia, MD, yesterday. I would rate him as excellent in all categories. Scott was on time, here at 8:00am. He was efficient and completed all of the items we had asked him to take care of - early! Scott saved us money by not buying a new doorknob, but taking it apart, and cleaning and oiling it. It now works perfectly. He also said that I had enough leftover paint to cover the two areas that needed painting. That saved about $60 dollars as Scott did not have to purchase new paint. Mr. Reeves is a careful, precise craftsman. He caulked a shower and tub, replaced a transition strip and hung a picture. He previously hung several pictures and shelves for me. He reviewed all the jobs before starting the work, worked neatly, and left no mess. I was impressed with his skill and very pleased with the results of his work. I have used Handyman Matters many times and am always very satisfied. I highly recommend Mr. Reeves and this company.

Replaced rotted wood with composite on a box bay window, got all supplies, matched color and painted, replaced door trim, suggestions were appropriate, price was right and work was completed on time. We will definitely use Rich again.

Justin arrived precisely on time, went right to work, and finished an hour earlier than expected. On top of that, his work was perfect. This is our second time using Handyman Matters, and they have both been good experiences. We especially like that they take great care to communicate.

Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a variety of jobs for us, including installing a hand rail, hanging an ornamental wrought-iron wall piece, and repairing and painting the master bath ceiling. He worked carefully and cleaned up after. We were very pleased.

Rich showed up within the time window I was given. He was able to replace a piece of siding on my house with no issues. He went with me to examine the work after he was done and answered questions I had.
