Reliable
It is very easy to schedule service and you can be sure the service will be done well. However it costs more than most handymen. I needed curtain rods installed, shelves and some pictures hung. The technician did a good job and was very thorough and neat, but he took much longer than I expected which made the service even more expensive

Excellent service
We have used this business many times. We booked a four hour appointment and our repair technician was Justin. He showed up early and completed every task given to him. He also washed off our mailbox prior to fixing it. He was personable and left our house neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this company and ask for Justin.

A very good and thorough job.
Replaced the surround on French doors on a daylight basement. Difficult job, required excellent carpentry skills. Called the day before to confirm time and job. Stayed busy the whole time and was pleased that the repair materials were on site. Very professional demeanor. Final result was superior.

Excellent work, professional pride, got my money's worth
After many years in my 71 year-old Cape Cod, it's time for me to retire and move on. Anyone who owns an old home knows the charms and the never-ending list of things to do. Going over my home from top to bottom with my realtor, it felt like an endless list of things to do to get it in the best shape to sell. Some items were small, some were large. It was my good fortune, and the luck of the draw, to get Justin. Let me say I grew up in a time when handymen took great pride in their work and were extremely creative in solving old house problems. Somehow this young man is a throwback to those times. For example, I was very impressed when he called me from Home Depot regarding the request from my realtor and me to get new sheet rock to cover a section of sheet rock basement ceiling that looked like Swiss cheese from previous plumbing issues. How about if he bought wood paneling instead? Install it and paint it white. Versus, if I wanted sheet rock, that would require spackle, sanding, spackle, sanding, painting (i.e., multiple trips and more $$). He had me at spackle. Here was someone who clearly has a brain and knew how to use it. He didn't just follow instructions rotely. He was thinking about ME, the customer, MY checkbook. I must confess that it was me that added on a few items after I saw the quality of work he was doing. For example, the newel cap on one of my front railings had been knocked off by my snow team. My clear tape fix-it glared after he cleaned the railings. Add on. When he power washed the wooden floor on the back porch, which I held out 5% hope of any renewal, it looked pretty darn close to the wooden floor which was placed new and stained in 2008. No problem he said. Big add on ..... once the back porch looked so good, I looked to the back of the yard and my storage shed's mildew looked much worse. When I pointed it out, he agreed it looked like a "sore thumb". When I said 'go' he politely and kindly said he would be happy to do it but ... $$$. Yes, do it. So, my fault. It now looks brand new. Thank you Justin. There was a vintage 1947 window in the basement over the dryer vent. Scary looking. I spy leftover said wood from the ceiling project. How about ... could you ... well, he got it. Fitting a piece for the vent pipe, that window is now covered in a clean sheet of wood paneling. Quick, cheap fix to old problem. In this project, it was evident he listens. And then he can execute the vision to solve a problem. Now, let's talk gender issues. And, if there are older ladies reading this, you will understand my comments: I felt safe in my home with him here. After his calls from Home Depot to either clarify purchases or make suggestions, I felt he had MY best interest at heart. He has the innate skill/eye of seeing how to do things high ($$$) and how to do things low ($) and do each equally well. He is calm, unflappable and inspires trust. My moving and leaving a home I have loved now has a wonderful final memory. It was my good fortune to have someone like Justin who cared enough to do his very best to make my home shine. A million thanks. Cathy L. I am blessed. Another invaluable member of my team working to get me safe

Matt did a great job caulking our showers and fixing the drywall in our basement. Clearly explained what he was doing and even found another spot that needed repair and fixed it.

That's how quickly Michael found the problem- a quick trip to Home Depot and a sharp eye, found a part to fix my mirror doors! I'm looking forward to having him back to rebuild my flooded - now dry, basement!
