This is my 3rd or 4th service with Handyman Matters and the craftsmen are always 4 or 5 stars. Everyone has been professional, polite, and did good work and today's craftsman shared these characteristics. However, this appointment was not as great as my previous experiences for two reasons: a robe hook was posted on the wrong side of the bathroom door (posted on the outside, instead of the inside) and the kitchen caulking is not as neat or finished looking as usual. A bummer.

Kirk Samuels is a very competent person. He fixed a skylight leak and repaired a lot of cracks on the roof. Very satisfied.

Justin came out "on schedule" and completed the job efficiently and thoroughly in less than time estimate.I highly recommend this company!

I am very pleased with Michael’s service at my home. He was on time, professional, friendly, and his work was excellent.

I scheduled this appointment last and was given a time of 2pm. Handyman called today to inform me he was running a little behind and would be late for 3pm appointment. When he arrived we went over the work order and he informed me about the $40 service charge which was on top of the first hour rate. Handyman was very polite and professional. He worked quickly and was neat and clean.

Individual was scheduled, showed up 15 minutes early. All work completed beyond expectations!
