Holy cow!! You need to clone Fred.
So thoughtful and thorough, on time, and gets right to work.
I had more time left on my 2 hour window.
He asked if I had any thing else he could do. One of my brackets on the railing to the basement had snapped in half. I had it tied on. Not safe,but it was all I could do with it.
Fred fixed it! Paint job is very nice, but the railing being fixed? It didn't just make my day, it made my year.

Old house projects
Bud is terrific, fixed a wobbly sink and answered a multitude of questions concerning our old house. He is also a very nice person. Deanna did our bathroom remodel, truly an amazing young woman. She is efficient, knowledgeable and handled the project with ease, terrific personality. Kathy asks all the right questions and sends the right people to do the job.

Great service
Matt was fantastic. He fixed my small siding problem and installed a ceiling fan for me. When I didn’t have a much needed part for the ceiling fan, he was able to get the part between jobs. Then he returned later the same day to install. The whole process from start to finish was impeccable and within the estimate. I also want to thank Kathy who was super nice, gave me a quick and accurate estimate, and explained what to expect.

Deck repair
A few of the support boards needed reattaching. We did not need a whole new deck. Kathy, office mgr, gave a good estimate in advance, sight unseen. (I sent pictures). Dan came out to see exactly what was going on. The carpenter came today, jacked up the unattached boards, put if amazing long nails, and efficiently made the repairs, resupported the steps and the railing. The entire service was affordable, under estimate, and happened with kindness and accuracy.

Thank You for your review, Sandy. It is always good to clean your dryer vent and to upgrade the supply lines on your washer to stainless braided hoses as extra protection for a second floor laundry. Matt does nice work!
