Last week I left a scathing review. (It was highly critical. I’ll own up to that.) Subsequently, I was contacted by Rose at Ace and she scheduled a time for the work to be looked at. She was very pleasant to work with. Chuck was extremely professional when he came to my house to look at things. They have since agreed that the original work needs to be corrected and have scheduled a time to complete it. I trust that they will fix the issues I reported. I am unable to amend my original review so I chose to post a new one. While I am still a bit disappointed with the original job that was done- hats off to them standing by their work and going above and beyond to have it corrected. I would recommend them based solely on them standing by their work. I think that speaks volumes about their company. Thank you to Rose and Chuck for taking care of this.

Chuck did an awesome job on siding repair. On time and very meticulous work!

Never again! I hired them to replace a door. Simple task. At least I thought. He made it into an all day project and never finished the work. Left our house looking worse than when he came. Nice guy, but totally in over his head and had no clue. I actually had to read and decipher the installation instructions for him. Lesson learned! Save yourself a headache and hire a true professional. These people are not even close to being professionals.

We’ve used Ace three times since buying our home in Spring 2023. Each time, we received a call back shortly after scheduling online, and the workers were friendly, professional, and did a great job. They didn’t overcharge when jobs took less time than expected, and even took the time to explain things so we could maintain them on our own. Highly recommend Ace!

Ed came by today to take care of this problem for me. Dryer wasn't being efficient. While I knew what the problem was I couldn't fix it. Ed could. He went right to work and fixed things up. Cleaned up afterwards. Ed is the best!
