High quality service
I am very satisfied with the work that Dan and his fellow worker did. Very efficient work and gets the job done. Bay window look beautiful! I would recommend Ace Handyman Service to other friends, family and other people when they are looking for a job to be done and your company can do it for them. One hundred percent satisfied.

Dan did a great job putting my windows in. He was a hard working man that knows how to do the job right and very efficient. Cleaned up work area after he was done. Very polite and answered questions when I had one. I give him a hundred percent on a job well done!

Professional, friendly service
My calls to Ace Handyman Services were usually taken by Crystal who was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Joe D was here initially to give us an estimate and order parts for our screen door, outside faucet and caulking our kitchen countertop. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He returned today and completed the job. He was efficient, professional and did excellent work! I would not hesitate having him return for other needed services.

Never completed any of the jobs they were hired to do and that we paid for
The service was chosen to do two jobs for us. We have a mobile home and needed new insulation and vapor barrier put up at certain areas. We had all the products here for that to be done. We also needed a new toilet put in our master bath, which that was also here, and then they found a wire issue which we then went out and got the products to repair that and that was never completed. All they did was put in a little bit of new subflooring around where the toilet needed to go but never got the toilet put in. They also went andpiping for the shower that we were gonna have put in they were never supposed to do anything with the shower plumbing at all, but they did not consult us and cut part of that pipe off so now we have to have that repaired so yes I definitely would never recommend these people. They took our money $1250 and we got zero accomplished.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to us. The initial phone call stated the work requested would take more than one day and we agreed that starting with one day and going from there was the best way to proceed. We did replace the subfloor and also the toilet flange. The insulation, vapor barrier, and repair to the electrical issue we found (screw through a wire) were not completed because completing a job then having to undo it to complete another doesn't make sense. My craftsman did not put the toilet in because he was told you would be completing the flooring installation first. Currently, we are scheduled to come back out to do more work. We will specify exactly what will be completed on the next visit.
