Very professional, pleasant and efficient service. Filipe replaced three weather-damaged windowsills and one piece of window framing; he replaced a garage soffit and framing and reinstalled the gutter; he stained all new surfaces and sanded/stained two worn sills; he secured another garage gutter end and reset the front storm door. We provided materials and Filipe was able to meet us mid-day at the local store to pick up additional large size materials needed. Appointment setup and communications with Tammy were also helpful and professional.

Manny arrived, introduced himself and got right to work. He diagnosed the plumbing issue quickly and took care of it carefully and professionally. Best service we have ever had. I recommend him for any job you might have.

From start to finish working with Ace Handyman Services was a good experience. Tammy was both efficient and fun while setting up my appointment. Felipe was very good and thorough at working on my project. He completed the job in less time than the estimate. Plus he also did a couple of extra minor jobs, because I had asked him. It only took him 5 minutes, but they were jobs I couldn't do myself...like screwing in a hook above my reach and moving something that was too heavy for me. He was also very friendly and personable and he answered all my questions and made some suggestions, which was a big plus. I had a lot of questions. This was my first time using Ace Handyman Services. These guys are the perfect fit for me. I called and a person answered the phone (OMG) I talked to Tammy, not a machine, not fill out this form blah blah blah. I told Tammy I needed exterior caulking done around a three season room. She explained pricing and scheduled an appointment. Filipe completed the exterior caulking so quickly that he had time to paint a small patio floor and do a small wall patch and fixed a sliding screen in the three season room. Filipe was friendly and professional and I'm very pleased with his work. I have already started a list for the future. I will recommend Ace Handyman Services to others.
