I needed outside work done on my house and found it difficult to find someone willing to give me an estimate and even pick up a business phone. How refreshing to speak with Andrea who answered all of my questions up front. Then Mark came out and listened and cared about my work that needed to be done. He explained what he would do, gave a detailed explanation of the estimate and offered his work with no pressure whatsoever. Mark just finished all of my work and even completed some other work that I needed. Mark showed me his progress as he completed his work throughout the day.
