Top Notch!
We had a wonderful experience with Neil. Not only did he get the job done quickly and efficiently but he was incredibly patient with our chaotic household. We have two disabled boys and a hyperactive dog which he treated with kindness and compassion. We’re very pleased and will reach out to you guys again if we need anything done in the future.

Professional Service
Neil was great! He installed gutters and snow guards in a couple of different sections of our home. He was very professional and did an excellent job!

Not too happy about paying for a job that isn't complete. I know the weather didnt help any. But the bill is going much higher than the estimate that was given. I shouldn't be responsible for trip fees for only a few hours a week because of the weather. Should be charged for a full days work not a few hours for so many days.

Highest quality service, knowledgeable, efficient, personable
This rating is for Neil. Over the past year I've been working with him to prepare my home for sale. He is always on time, prepared to do the jobs I need, very efficient with his time with highest quality workmanship. He has advised me on cost effective repairs to enhance the property for sale. His bright, cheerful disposition along with clear explanations of what he is doing & why makes each repair call a pleasure.
If given a choice of technician, be sure to ask for Neil, you won't regret it.

Heavy mounted mirror with shelving repaired in half the time !
What was to be a 2 hour estimated job was surprisingly completed in half the time by magician craftsman, Neil. Glad it could be completed without detachment from wall and electricity disconnect. Professional, honest, clean work area, prompt with communication confirming appointment and also map tracking his vehicle arrival. Another 5* project.
