Punctual, professional, quality repairs.
Brent repaired a vinyl shake blown off by wind - looks like new. Also moved a downspout and patched the original gutter. He described his plan up front for feedback / alignment and executed the job professionally. I would use the Ace Handyman service again in the future.

Very Satisfied but…..
Repair started on time. Service Tech knew what to do. Friendly and professional.
The only disappointment was when he was repairing the screen door, one of the wheels broke.
He sourced where to get new ones and returned almost an hour later. I was charged an additional $120 for the time it took him to get the part. I don’t know if the wheel was ready to break or not, but I feel since he broke it, I should not have been charged the extra hour or at least split the cost.
I am satisfied with the repairs that were done.

Great service !
This was my first experience with this company. I found Brent to be on time, polite and a hard worker. The first project he was not able to fix as we expected. He took the time to figure out a solution to the problem which I really appreciated. Next he put edging in around a tree. There was a bag of dirt, roots etc that he took with him to dispose of as I wouldn’t have been able to lift it. That was nice !
