I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Ace handyman. Alex has done a few jobs in my home, the last was a kitchen floor. He is extremely efficient, punctual, and hard-working. He explains everything that needs to be done as he's going along.. Everything is neat and tidy when he leaves. I am definitely using ace handyman in the future.

Could never get a firm date from Michelle on a start date of my project. She mentioned second week in July. I patiently waited for 5 weeks then called to get an update as we are now there. Materials are onsite and ready to go. She told me it would be another 4 to 5 weeks. Not a good customer experience with her at all. Then I was accused of starting an argument with her when all I was trying to do was to nail down a start date, she apologized for her lack of communication and poor planning and proceeded to hang up the phone. Didn’t make an attempt to make things right. I wish I could go direct to Bill who was very interested in doing the project and avoid the scheduling run around. We had good dialogue the day he came to look at the job. Unfortunate but the search continues.

Bill did a great job working on our property. Very neat and clean.

This is the third time I’ve used these guys in the last 3 years. Scheduling a time that was prompt and worked with my schedule was easy. When the day the day came Alex came out, listened to what I needed done, and executed in a very timely and meticulous fashion.
