Robert Smith was the technician, he was on time, very knowledgeable and personable. Fixed problem very quickly and efficiently Will ask for him whenever we need electrical help.

My house was built in the 1920s and sat abondoned for many years. When I moved in it had been renovated by people who CLEARLY had no idea what they were doing! I called Mr. Electric and was able to have someone come out instantly. Bobby and Cole were completely professional and friendly. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a couple of hours. I highly recommend.

I made an appointment for over a week away, which was later than I wanted so they made a note to call if they get any cancellations. The office called back within 2 days and had a technician over within minutes! Bobby was very professional and gave me a very fair quote for all the work we needed. He was honest about the job taking a long time and advised me to keep the original appointment instead of working until late in the night. He even moved a piece of furniture and changed one receptacle before leaving so I could finish a project. I am looking forward to working with this company to finish the job and would highly recommended them!

I got in touch with Mr. Electric's Office and had someone out over the next couple of days to discuss the light install plus a manager came out to discuss generator options. After looking at what I wanted I received a quote within a matter of minutes for the lights and a detailed quote on the generator. An appointment was scheduled for the light install and a tech came out and installed them within a matter of a few hours. Installation looks good!! I'm debating on the generator install in 2019.
