Technician was great: very personable and professional. He gave us good advice and did a great job. The only detraction was that I found one of the bulbs he was supplied to use in a newly installed light, broken back in its package. I need to go buy more bulbs. It's fine that it was broken, - I'm sure it was an accident, but finding it later and realizing the fixture was short a bulb was a disappointment.

Great customer service!
Mr. Electric did a great job installing a patio fan, outdoor outlet and wiring to our storage shed. He was on time, detailed oriented, told me what I could do as pre-work to help save money on his bill. Most importantly, he listened to what my wife and I wanted - discussing options along the way.

Outstanding customer service and Excellent work and value
The tech was on time, professional, and very considerate of our furniture and collectibles. He took time to cover my furniture to prevent drywall dust damage to my furniture.The job was completed in a timely manner. He explained all aspects of what he was going to do to complete the job.. The LED recess lighting looks fantastic and is exactly what he said could be done.

beyond my expectations
James updated me by phone to keep the "window of delivery" updated as time progressed. He arrived right on time, sharply dressed and courteous. I am an old woman and he was very kind to put up with my chatter. He never made me feel that I was asking stupid questions or annoying him in any way. I will absolutely use Mr. Electric again

Let there be light
We had recess lightning installed. The job turned out beautiful. He was very kind. He arrived on time and he cleaned up afterwards. I will use him again as soon as tax refund is in.

Excellent Service
Installed surveillance system. Extremely pleased. Arrived promptly at 8:45. Very professional, courteous and helpful. We will definitely call again for any electrical services needed. The installation was superior.

couldn't be easier
I have done four contract jobs with James , all the jobs were bid on first, not only was his bids under budget, he always shows up at the predetermined time and completes the job to my requirements and on my schedule I will continue to use Mr. Electric for all of our electrical projects.

Outstanding
James was on time, knowledgeable, thorough, conscientious and honest. He worked cleanly, kept me informed of what was going on. He replaced the breaker box in my house. He showed up when he said he would. He finished when he said he would and dealt with the city inspectors. He had the best price of any electrician that gave me an estimate.
