Talk about a great experience! I have had some real nightmare experiences with home services and I am pleased to say this was not one of the nightmares. Mr. Electric answered my inquiry promptly and we set the appointment. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. I loved the way the tech paid attention to what I said I wanted. He did not talk over my head and gave me the estimate up front so I could make up my mind on what I wanted to do. I had several projects and was able to make informed decisions. The tech was courteous, conscientious, and performed the work quickly. Everything was to my satisfaction and I will use Mr. Electric again. I cannot tell you how nice it is to know I have someone I can count on when I need electrical work done on my home.

I had a wall outlet installed in my garage for a sprinkler system control panel. I paid 375.00 for the service however, now the outlet that was installed keeps tripping lights out in the home. I would have liked the electrician to have let me know that maybe this would happen since the gfc panel has too many other panels attached. Also, i wanted a control panel with two outlets. Only one was installed. I wouldnt recommend mr Electric. I now have to pay someone to come and fix it at an additional cost.

Excellent job completing several projects
I had several electrical projects to finish, install a ceiling fan, install a wall mount fan switch, new lights on the deck. John completed everything in a timely and professional manner. He went over and above to get the remote wall switches synced in both bedrooms. I have already mentioned Mr Electric to a friend and would definitely use them again myself.
