This service was superb, the handymen, and there were three, were all professional and efficient, they were punctual and kept me informed every step of the way.

Roger from Ace Handyman Services arrived punctually and got right to work. We had a small, but complicated tile repair job after a slab leak. He cut the tiles, cleaned out the old grout, laid everything, re-grouted, reinstalled the trim he had needed to remove, caulked it, and then cleaned everything up. He was fast, efficient, friendly - everything you could ask for in a handyman. I'd hire him again in an instant. The same goes for Ace Handyman Services. I'm glad we chose them to go to for help.

Sid, done a super job patching two holes left by Old speakers mounted in our ceiling. Great professional job!

I had Sid intall baseboards , wainscoting, and chair rail, along with cauking seems and it's perfect. He also hung a chandelier. He is going to install closet doors and hang our televisions also. I can't express how grateful I am to have him as my worker. He is as close to a 10/10 as possible. I couldn’t recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Sid!!

Today I had Roger, he was like a breath of fresh air, he was extremely fast and did an outstanding job with everything that he did. He installed a garbage disposal that took him no time at all to install, probably about thirty minutes at the max. The garbage disposal worked very well with no dripping water after he completed it. Roger also did some touch up painting that looks great. I could NOT have been more pleased.I will definitely be asking for him personally in the future.

Sid did an amazing job replacing the entire doorframe, inside and outside, of the "Man Door," otherwise known as the door in the garage that leads to the side yard. It was pricey, but well worth the cost knowing it was done the right way!!! Thank you so much Sid for a great job and the peace of mind you've given me!!!

Both craftsman, Joshua and Roger, were prompt, professional, friendly, and continually worked until project was completed. I was very appreciative of their willingness to listen to what I wanted and didn’t want for this project, as well as their attention to detail. The result of this project were nice looking gutter systems, that met my specific needs.

Called ACE to inquire about the assembly and installation of four crystal chandeliers, one of which came out of the box 90% assembled. Was assured that the individual coming to the house was a skilled craftsman who would have no difficulty with the scope of work. Once the technician arrived, it seemed clear that this project was beyond his level of expertise. It took him almost an hour to install the pre-assembled chandelier and 2.5 hours to get 80% complete with the assembly and installation of the second one. Midway through the second installation, he realized he was going to have to leave for another appointment, and called the Ace office to have them dispatch another worker. It took the second tech another hour to finish the job. Projects of this nature require fast, efficient, knowledgeable service providers. There was clearly a learning curve here that was unaccounted for and ultimately cost me $600 which is completely unacceptable. A job like this should have taken two hours at most. I wouldn't use this service again or recommend it.
